Q3: The Best Is Yet To Come!

September 27th was the day that marked the end of one of our greatest company quarters so far. As we are approaching the end of 2019, Sales.Rocks and Sample Solutions teams came together to reflect on the previous quarter and plan our journey for the next 3 months.

When building world-class platforms, daily ups and downs are a way of doing business nowadays. But, we managed to remain focused on what really matters – using our product to improve our client’s business growth.

In this article, we will share the highlights of Q3 that led us to one of our best company quarters so far.

The Sales.Rocks Sales Team did an outstanding job with attracting many new users to try our newly launched Company Search Module, while the Sample Solutions Sales Team made us proud by over-achieving their quarterly financial goals.

Our hard-working Data Team tripled the number of completed projects, thus receiving a significantly lower number of complaints. They managed to fill our database with landline data from more than 23 countries. Moreover, the Database Team spared no effort to ensure flawless and optimal throughput of the data from the enrichments to the database.

A big round of applause goes to our Developers Team for their dedication when building new product modules and maintaining the existing scripts for our B2B/B2C platforms to work exceptionally. As a result, we can proudly say that now we have user-friendly and automated products that we can proudly present to our clients. This is truly above and beyond.

Meanwhile, the Product Team ensured that the Sales.Rocks platform has an impeccable registration process and improved UX/UI experience for our current and future platform users.

Our dedicated QA Teams took care that our platforms are “bugless”. They patiently tested the implementation, integration and load testing on the Sales.Rocks and Survey Platform, over and over again.

On the other hand, the Marketing team rocked the brand awareness. They put their maximum efforts to improve website optimization over the expected target.

Last but not least, the Office Team took care that our company stays ISO and GDPR compliant. At the same time, they did a remarkable job to improve employee satisfaction and retention.

Together, we set our course for Quarter 3 with a promise: We will make every effort to see the opportunity in every challenge that is in front of us.

We can all agree that there were good and bad times, but after the Q3 we know where we stand in terms of developing platforms that help our clients. This event proved once again that we are working towards the same goal – providing platforms that help businesses grow.

We are positive that the next 3 months ahead will be the highlight of this year!
